In this live training the students will learn:

• What an application programming interface (API) is and how they work.
• How Unqork's API works, and how it is the staple of so much of what we do.
• About authentication and the process of verification of the credentials of the connection attempt.
• How to integrate an Unqork application with external APIs.

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: 

• Define an API
• Read/translate/interpret Unqork API documentation to build a functional Plug-In
• Choose the appropriate Unqork API endpoint for their project & explain how it fits their goal
• Troubleshoot an internal API plugin
• Read/translate External API documentation to build a functional plugin
• Interpret sample response from API documentation and correlate it to the plugin result in the console/network
• Troubleshoot an external API plugin by using server side execution
• Explain the difference between authentication and authorization
